Your submission

Estimates are welcome and expected; deliberately false information is not. We may verify statements through public records and third-party sources.

Scope: entire Tennessee parks

This site addresses the sale of entire mobile home parks and manufactured housing communities located in Tennessee. It does not address the sale of an individual manufactured home, a single rented lot, or a home located in a community owned by someone else, and the guidance here should not be applied to those transactions or to properties in other states.
