What we collect

• Optional notes and preferences, including how you would like to be contacted
• Technical and marketing data collected automatically: the page you landed on, the referring website, any campaign parameters in the link you clicked, and general device and browser information

We do not ask for and do not want Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or copies of government identification through this website. Please do not send them through the form.

• Evaluating the property you submitted and preparing a response
• Contacting you by phone, text, or email about that property
• Managing the inquiry in our customer relationship management system
• Measuring which pages and campaigns produce inquiries, in aggregate
• Meeting legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations

Who we share it with

We share submitted information only with service providers that operate this site and our follow-up process, and only so they can perform that function: our hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider, our analytics provider, and our customer relationship management platform. We may also disclose information where required by law.

We do not sell your information and we do not rent or trade your contact details. If evaluating your property would involve introducing it to another buyer or a financing partner, we will ask you first.

Calls, texts, and email

When you submit the form or call us, you are asking us to contact you about the property. We may respond by phone, text message, or email using the details you provide. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying to any email, telling us on a call, or emailing titanpropertyinvestors@gmail.com, and we will honor it.

Calls to our published phone number may be routed through a call-tracking service, which records the fact and source of the call so we know which page or campaign it came from.

Analytics and cookies

This site is intended for property owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
